1.Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through use of the service.
- Account information (name, email address, authentication credentials)
- Organization details (company name, team members, billing contacts)
- Contract content and metadata you upload (documents, extracted terms, renewal dates)
- Payment and billing information (processed by our payment providers)
- Support communications and feedback
- Usage and device data (log data, pages viewed, error reports, approximate location from IP)

4.Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

- Uploaded documents are stored in private file storage and viewed through links that expire
- Security practices designed with SOC 2–aligned controls in mind (no certification claim unless independently verified)
5.Data Retention
We keep your documents and the data extracted from them for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them. Deleting a contract removes its stored file and the extracted text and key terms we saved from it, unless the same file is still attached to another contract. Files you upload for analysis but never save to a contract are removed automatically after about 7 days. Anonymous analyses from our public Quote Analyzer are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.
When your account is deleted, we remove your organization’s contracts, stored documents, extracted data, cached analysis and login records. If a stored file can’t be removed immediately, an automatic cleanup retries it. We keep a limited set of records where we have a legitimate reason to, such as billing events and internal security and support logs, and anything we are legally required to retain. Copies may remain in backups kept by our infrastructure providers for a limited period after deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights related to your personal information, including:

Portability: request export of your data where applicable
